It is with mixed feelings we announce the closure of B3K Digital.

Our final day will be March 29, 2026.

We will be open this weekend 9-5pm for the first time ever. 

 

After years supporting the Canadian photo community, earlier this year we decided to step away and pursue other interests.  We had been negotiating, in good faith, the sale of B3K Digital to a local business. Unfortunately, it became clear we weren’t going to be successful coming to an agreement that protected the integrity of our business and staff.  Therefore, we’ve made the difficult decision to end negotiations and close.

 

We want to extend heartfelt thanks to our incredible employees, Jim, Colleen, Ed & Kyle, whose tireless efforts and unwavering dedication have been the backbone of our business. We couldn’t have done it without them. 

 

We also wish to express gratitude to our clients and suppliers for their support and trust over the years.  We take pride in our role supporting Canadian photographers, educators and archivists. 

 

Clearance sale begins today on all remaining inventory, fixtures, business and staff. Yes, we’re selling the staff – they need jobs.

 

We will contact you personally if you have an outstanding order, repair or consignment with us.
