SHIPPING

All shipments/deliveries require a signature at time of delivery. 

Delivery dates within Canada are approximate and are shipped to the best of our ability within 1-2 business days. 

B3K uses several different carriers to ship across Canada, each with a variety of services and options. We will ship best method for each order. 

Free shipping is for in-stock, non-oversized items, up to 10 lb and excludes rural addresses and the Territories, and is for ground service only. Rush and/or Next Day service is subject to a shipping fee.  *If your order falls into any of these categories, the Shipping section of the Cart will state: "SHIPPING QUOTE REQUIRED". To receive your shipping quote please place the order and we will contact you with a Shipping Quote for your approval.  We will not process your order until we receive your approval of the shipping cost. Shipping charges do NOT count towards the qualifying order total.

If an order is returned to B3K due to incorrect/inaccurate address information, because it was refused and/or declined, or receiver/signature was unavailable, B3K reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

Delivery service is solely the responsibility of the courier. B3K is more than happy to assist with any issues that arise however, we are not responsible for courier errors, address errors, mis-delivery, delivery delays or lost shipments. Your shipment is not insured by B3K Digital.

Do you ship internationally?

B3K will only ship within Canada, we can not accept orders from other countries.

How quickly do I get my order once I have placed (and paid) for the order?

Delivery times depend on whether or not the item you have ordered is in stock, and the method of shipping you have chosen.

If I order more than 1 item do I pay shipping for each product?

There will be one shipping charge per shopping cart where applicable. All orders are shipped complete unless otherwise requested. Please contact shop@b3kdigital.com  

Can my order be shipped to a different address other than my credit card billing address?

Currently B3K will only ship to the credit card billing address. 

 

RETURNS

B3K Digital has a 14-day refund and/or exchange policy for most purchases. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. 

Any purchase/item to be considered for refund must be returned in new, un-opened condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components, packaging materials and blank warranty cards. 

Defective items should be returned to B3K Digital within 14 days. Once we inspect and confirm the item is defective, a replacement product will be provided at the discretion of Management and/or the manufacturer.

The item(s) to be returned must be accompanied by the original invoice and the refund will be credited to the original card used to make the purchase.

There are no refunds for special order items, all Special Order products purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless deemed and confirmed to be defective.

B3K Digital does not accept returns for consumables including, but not limited to: paper, ink cartridges, batteries, opened memory cards, open software, etc.
