Phase One's full frame medium format sensors, 1.5x the size of crop sensor mirrorless medium format, capturing more data, providing more detail and impressive results. With the expanded output flexibility provided by the high resolution and up to 15 stops of dynamic range, workflow options grow exponentially. 

Producing images that feature the traditional look of B&W photography, as well as photography results that push into the invisible light spectrum like infrared photography, the Achromatic 150MP BSI sensor is produced without the Bayer colour filter allowing light to reach the sensor unobstructed. Designed to capture a broader spectrum of light, the Achromatic is also able to also capture light outside the visible spectrum for infrared applications, making the Phase One Achromatic Digital Back the most light-sensitive medium format digital system available.
